Our High Density foam mattress uses a 2.6 Lb./Cu.Ft. urethane foam to achieve a long lasting firm support. A high density foam differs from utility grade foam in durability due to the thickness of the "struts" that make up cells of the foam. These thicker struts resist fatigue and taking a set.
